Fear Society Meetings

The first Monday of every month at 7:30 PM we have our general assembly meetings. All members are invited to attend.
Please note these meetings are by invite only for the general public.
The meetings are loosely conducted according to Robert’s Rules of Order.
The agenda we follow for our meetings is generally as follows:

 
              1. Call to order: Brief announcement the meeting is beginning. The Secretary notes the date and time.
              2. Roll call of members present: The members present are recorded by the Secretary. If new members are present than we go through a brief formal introduction.
              3. Approval of the minutes of last meeting: Minutes from the last meeting are corrected and approved.
              4. Officer reports: President or Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
              5. Committee reports: Committee chairs give brief reports as to their respective business
              6. Unfinished business: Motions pertaining to current unfinished business are discussed and passed.
              7. New business: Motions pertaining to new business are discussed and passed.
              8. Announcements: Members have a chance to announce developments of interest.
              9. Adjournment: Usually the meeting ends after about 45 minutes and the members have some refreshments before retiring.
